Saved Report Specification

Connect to AD uses the UKG Ready saved reports API to read data that will be synced to Active Directory (AD).

The saved report columns are then mapped to the corresponding attributes in AD through the Field Mapping section of Connect to AD.

For a successful synchronization, please follow these two crucial steps when configuring the Saved Report:

  1. Always include the Employee Id and Account Id columns. The Employee Id and Account Id columns act as a unique identifier, and they allow Connect to AD to match user records between UKG and AD and must be on the saved report.
  2. Include additional columns containing data you wish to synchronize. These columns must precisely match the following naming conventions, which are case-sensitive.

Required columns

  • Employee Id
  • Account Id

The Employee Id and Account Id columns act as a unique identifier, and they allow Connect to AD to match user records between UKG and AD and must be on the saved report.
