Saved Report Specifications

Connect to AD uses the UKG Ready saved reports API to read data that will be synced to [target-system].

The saved report columns are then mapped to the corresponding attributes in [target-system] through the Field Mapping section of Connect to AD.

For a successful synchronization, please follow these two crucial steps when configuring the Saved Report:

  1. Always include the Employee ID, Account ID, and Employee Status columns.
  2. Include additional columns containing data you wish to synchronize. These columns must precisely match the naming conventions found in this article, which are case-sensitive.

The Employee Id and Account Id columns act as unique identifiers. They allow Connect to AD to match user records between UKG and [target-system] and must be on the saved report alongside the Employee Status column.
