During a sync, Connect to AD retrieves and processes as much data as possible in parallel rather than processing one employee at a time. This is especially true during the initial stage of reading the UKG API to gather employee information.
As a result, CPU utilization may temporarily spike during the sync, especially in larger environments. In some cases, CPU usage may reach 100%.
This is expected behavior and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the application. CPU usage typically decreases once the initial processing phase is complete.
